All routes and attraction visits are subject to immigration time, traffic, weather, ticket availability, yacht schedules and the required airport return time.

Important information
Guests must be eligible to enter the UAE and clear immigration. Hang Out Tourism does not arrange or guarantee UAE entry permission.
Passengers who remain airside cannot join the tour.
The total layover duration is not the same as the available sightseeing duration. Time must be reserved for immigration, meeting the driver, road travel and returning to the airport.
Guests should normally return to the airport at least three hours before an international flight, or according to the airline’s instructions.
The tour route may be shortened if immigration, baggage collection, traffic or flight delays reduce the available time.
Timed attraction tickets and yacht reservations will only be booked after the flight schedule has been reviewed.
Guests must inform Hang Out Tourism immediately about flight delays, cancellations or terminal changes.
The passenger remains responsible for carrying valid documents and returning to the vehicle at the agreed time.

Return Policy
Free cancellation is available until 48 hours before the scheduled airport pickup, provided no attraction, yacht or other third-party reservation has been confirmed. Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup are non-refundable. Burj Khalifa tickets, shared-yacht reservations and other timed attraction tickets become non-refundable and non-changeable once issued. No refund is available if a passenger cannot enter the UAE, is refused entry, misses the meeting point, provides incorrect flight details or decides to remain inside the airport. If the arrival flight is delayed, Hang Out Tourism will try to adjust the programme. The itinerary may be shortened without a partial refund when the vehicle and driver have already been reserved. If the delay makes the tour impossible, any refund will exclude non-refundable attraction tickets and committed third-party charges. Hang Out Tourism is not responsible for a missed onward flight when the guest delays the tour, ignores the agreed return time or provides incorrect flight information.
